An integration is any platform you've integrated for monitoring, such as Active Directory computers, RMM clients, SIEM clients, XDR agents, etc. Each connected platform counts as one integration.

Each unique hostname costs $0.08 per integration, but only for the first 6 integrations. After that, the device is free across all additional integrations.

We don't want to get in the way of you adding another critical agent or client to your stack. We're here to grow with you. After 6 integrations, add as many platforms as you need at no additional cost.

Polling interval is how frequently we pull data from your integrations to check for coverage gaps and updates. Choose the frequency that matches your monitoring needs:

Yes! During onboarding, you set maximum limits for devices and integrations. You'll only be charged for actual usage up to those limits, giving you complete control over your costs. You can adjust these limits anytime from your account settings.

Your 7-day trial includes unlimited devices and integrations at no charge. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment information and set your usage limits before any charges occur.

You're billed monthly based on your actual usage. We track devices and active integrations daily throughout the billing period, then charge you once per month on your signup anniversary date. You'll always receive a detailed invoice showing the breakdown.
